Garmisch Elementary/Middle School is located in the southern part of Bavaria in Germany. The school is based in the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the German Alps which is about 60 miles south of Munich. The school serves students in Prekindergarten (PK) to grade eight. Information for students in grades nine through twelve can be found on the Non DoD School Program (NDSP) site.
- Goal 1: Literacy By the end of SY 2023-2024, Garmisch Elementary Middle School will strengthen implementation of College and Career readiness for all students by ensuring all classrooms teaching Literacy skills reflect standards-based instruction as measured by performance on the DoDEA CCR Summative Assessment by a 5% increase (over baseline) yearly of students “meeting or exceeding expectations” and decrease by 3% students in the did not meet or partially met performance levels on SY 21-22 assessment and ORR in grades K-3.
- Goal 2: Math By the end of SY 2023-2024, grades 3-8 & Algebra 1 will increase by 5% students in the met or exceeded performance levels by and decrease by 3% students in the did not meet or partially met performance levels over two years as reported on the systemwide CCRSM Summative Assessment.
