Jennifer Seguin is excited to serve as the Administrator of Garmisch Elementary Middle School. She previously worked as Assistant Principal at Landstuhl Elementary and she also worked at Feltwell Elementary in Europe West where she was the STEM teacher.
Ms. Seguin received her undergrad degree in Elementary Education from Carlow University in 2004. In 2011, Jennifer earned her Master’s Degree in Education, with a concentration in Teaching Students of Other Languages, from Shenandoah University. She received her Educational Specialist (Ed.S) degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University in 2019.
Jennifer’s teaching career began in 2004 at Langley Elementary in Hampton, Virginia, where she taught fifth grade ESL. In 2010, Ms. Seguin started her DoDEA teaching career in fifth grade at Andersen Elementary in Guam. She moved to England in 2011 and spent one year teaching math support and second grade at Alconbury Elementary. In 2012, Ms. Seguin began teaching at Feltwell Elementary. During her time there, she taught 4th/5th grade multiage, fifth grade, fourth grade, math support, and STEM.
Ensuring every student has the opportunity to learn and reach their potential is important to Ms. Seguin. She believes that all students thrive in learning communities where students’ individual learning styles are valued and supported.
Jennifer maintains an active lifestyle. She likes to travel, hike, find new trails with her dogs, and play softball.
